In 9 November 2019, head of Linguistics Department, School of Post-graduate Studies (Sekolah Pascasarjana), Indonesia University of Education, Dadang Sudana, acting also as the academic advisor of 2019 linguistics class, held a gathering in his house, located in Graha Puspa Lembang, Bandung. This gathering is a non-formal activity held annually to welcome new students to build up a close bond between students and staff.
The fresh air, as the house are located in highland area of north Bandung, supported the event nicely. Mr Sudana gave important information on how to be better prepared for the years to come to be successful in campus life. The talk flew well. It was suggested that all students should bring positive attitude and build a close bond, supporting each other.
